Jose Escudero y Espronceda (XIX - XX)

Spanish painter who established himself in Mexico painting portraits for some of the most important government officials and members of politics at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. Some of his most famous works include the portraits of Porfirio Diaz and Benito Juarez. His work is part of important museums and collections throughout the world.
