Ernani Pavaneli (1942)

Ernani Pavaneli Moura was born in São João Nepomuceno, state of Minas Gerais, in November 13, 1942. His family moved to Rio de Janeiro in 1951, where he worked at a French computer company while at the same time, studying Psychology and making translations for books on this subject. In 1978, Pavaneli decided to abandon these activities to begin painting. His first group exhibition was held in 1980 and then his solo show came in 1983, both in Rio de Janeiro. He has exhibited in Spain, Mexico, France and Brazil since then.
